I'm an expert in body weight exercises (calisthenics, yoga inspired, Callanetics inspired and Pilates inspired exercises) and free weight exercises (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells etc).
I specialise in weight loss, body fat loss, body contouring/toning.
I offer 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 personal training sessions in my studio or at your home.
Prices for 1 to 1's or 2 to 1's start from £35 per session. Which means that if you share a session, you could train for as little as £17.50.
I also offer regular classes which are 90min long and cost £15. The times of the classes are:
The classes focus on an overall body workout, which includes 30min of upper body (chest, arms, upper back), 30min of lower body (legs, buttocks), 30min of core (abs, lower back, postural muscles).
The max attendance to classes is 4 people. Therefore pre-booking is essential.
